The discovery call is a free, 20-minute conversation about your international growth objectives, the markets you are targeting, and the challenges you are working through. We will ask specific questions about your current situation and share an honest assessment of whether and how we can help. If there is a clear fit, we will follow up with a written proposal. If we are not the right match for your current stage, we will say that too.

Following a discovery call, we can typically deliver a written proposal within 5 business days. Once the proposal is agreed and a scope confirmed, most engagements begin within 2 weeks. For time-sensitive situations (an upcoming trade show, for example), we can compress this timeline where the scope allows.

Yes. While we are based in Dubai and our strongest local network is in the GCC, we work with international companies entering these markets from any home country. We have worked with companies from Europe, Asia, South Asia, and North America on their GCC and international expansion strategies. Geography is not a constraint for the strategic and partnership development work; exhibition support and on-site facilitation does require physical presence in Dubai.
